Chapter XWar Food Administration Production Orders WFO 99, Revocation P art 1220 F eed USE OF VITAMIN A IN MIXED FEED
War Food Order No. 99 9 FH . 5106, issued May 15, 1944, is hereby revoked, effective at 12:01 a. m., e. w. t., October 14,1944.. . However, with respect to viola tions of said War Food Order No. 99, or rights accrued, or liabilities incurred thereunder, prior to this revocation, said War Food Order No. 99 shall be deemed to be in full force and effect for the pur pose of sustaining any proper suit, ac tion, or proceeding with respect to any such violation, right, or liability.
