Chapter IXWar Food Administration Marketing Agreements and Orders P art 930M il k in T oledo, O hio , Marketing A rea order suspending certain provisions
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Public Act No. 10, 73d Congress, as amended and as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agree ment Act of 1937 7 U.S.C. 601 et seq., hereinafter referred to as the act, and of the order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Toledo, Ohio, marketing area, it is hereby found and determined that the provisions of such order which provide a seasonal minimum price for Class I milk during the months of April, May, and June 1944, are provi sions which obstruct and do not tend to effectuate the declared policy of the act with respect to producers of milk under such order.
It is, therefore, ordered, That, effective as of 12:01 a. m., April 1, 1944, and con tinuing during the months of April, May, and June 1944, the following provisions of 930.5 a Cl of the order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Toledo, Ohio., marketing area, are hereby suspended:
During the delivery period of June 1942
and thereafter add the following amount per hundredweight:

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Public Act No. 10, 73d Congress, as amended and as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937 7 U.S.C. 601 et seq., and of the order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Chicago market ing area, it is hereby found and de termined that the provisions of such order which provide a seasonal minimum price for Class I milk during the months of May and June 1944, are provisions which obstruct and do not tend to effectuate the declared policy of the act with respect to producers of milk under such order.
I t is, th erefo re, ordered, That, effective as of 12:01 a. m., May 1, 1944, and con tinuing during the months of May and June 1944, the following provisions of 941.5 cents:
