GRAPEFRUIT GROWN IN CAMERON, HIDALGO, OR WILLACY COUNTIES, TEX.

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by Pood Distribution Order No. 85
8 P it. 14071, issued on October 14,1943, and to effectuate the purposes of such order, it is hereby ordered, as follows:
That Director Pood Distribution Order No. 85.1 8 F.R. 14972, issued on October 14,1943, designating a marketing period and restricting the handling of white grapefruit grown in Cameron, Hidalgo, or Willacy Counties, in the State of Texas, be, and the same is hereby, ter minated at 12:01 a. m., e. w. t., November 12, 1943.
With respect to violations, rights ac crued, liabilities incurred, or appeals taken under Director Pood Distribution Order No. 85.1, prior to the effective time of this order, all provisions of Director Pood Distribution Order No. 85-1 in ef fect prior to this order shall be deemed in full force and effect for the purpose of sustaining any proper suit, action, or other proceeding with respect to any such violation, right, or liability.

No. 9279, 7 P.R. 10177, and the authority vested in me by the Chairman of the War Manpower Commission in Administra tive Order No. 26, 7 P.R. 10512,1 hereby prescribe the following change in DSS
Forms;
Revision of DSS Form 221, entitled Report oi Physical Examination and Induction, ef fective immediately upon the filing hereof with the Division of the Federal Register.1
Upon receipt of the revised DSS Form 221, the use of the former supply of DSS Form 221
Will be discontinued and all unused copies will be disposed of.

The foregoing revision shall become a part of the Selective Service Regulations effective immediately upon the filing hereof with the Division of the Federal Register.
