Paul, and the village of Inver Grove in Dakota County; and On the east, the villages of St. Paul Park and Newport in Washington Couhtyi the township of New Canada and the village of North St. Paul in Ramsey County; the town ships of Lincoln, Grant, Baytown and Still water, the village ofBayport, and the city of Stillwater in Washington County, all of the above being in the State of Minnesota.

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by Food Distribution Order No. 79
c Base period. The calendar month 8 F.R. 12426, issued on September 7, of June 1943 is hereby designated as the 1943, as amended, and to effectuate the base period for the sales area.
d Quota period. The remainder of purposes of such order, it is hereby or dered as follows:
