R elinquishing P ossession of the P lant of the A tlantic B asin I ron W orks, I ncorporated, at B rooklyn, N ew Y ork
WHEREAS on September 4, 1943, the War Shipping Administrator, acting pursuant to the direction contained in Executive Order No. 9375 of September 3, 1943, took possession of the plant of the Atlantic Basin Iron Works, Incor porated, located at Brooklyn, New York, and since that date has retained posses sion of the said plant pursuant to said Executive Order; and WHEREAS it now appears and I so find that the productive efficiency of the said plant prevailing prior to the taking possession thereof has been restored:
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitu tion and statutes of the United States, particularly the War Labor Disputes Act Public Law 89, 78th Cong., I hereby di rect the War Shipping Administrator to relinquish possession of the said plant to the Atlantic Basin Iron Works, Incor porated, and to issue the necessary orders for carrying out this direction.

Pursuant to the provisions of Food Distribution Order No. 80 8 F.R. 12527, and to effectuate the purposes thereof, It is hereby ordered, As follows:
