Title 6, Code of Federal Regulations, is amended by adding the following new section:
24.11

Fee for release of personal li
ability.

A fee o f $8.00 is charged in con nection with applications for release o f personal liability for the. payment of a Federal land bank loan, a Land Bank Commissioner loan, or joint Federal land bank and Land Bank Commissioner loans, if an appraisal is made. Sec. 13 Ninth .
