tucky, as being subject to the provisions of said Act? and Whereas, it appears that said stockyard is now known as The Harrodsburg Stock Yards, and is being operated by the Boyle County Stockyards Company, Incorporated:
Therefore, it is ordered, That the no tice of the posting o f said stockyard be, and it hereby is, amended to show that the correct name of the stockyard is The Harrodsburg Stock Yards, Harrodsburg, Kentucky,

Section 36.12 is hereby amended to read as follows:
36.12 General, a Claims not ex ceeding $250 in amount for damages to persons and private property resulting from the operation o f aircraft at home and abroad may be settled out o f the funds appropriated hereunder, when each claim is substantiated by a survey report of a board of officers appointed by the commanding officer o f the nearest avia tion post and approved by the Command ing General, Army Air Forces, and the Secretary of W ar. Claims settled and paid from the sum appropriated shall not exceed the sum authorized.
b I f the claim exceeds $250 and the claimant declines or fails to accept an award of $250 or less, the claim will be disposed of in the manner prescribed in 36.9-36.11 for claims for damage to or loss of private property incident to the training, practice, operation, or mainte nance of the Army, except that no claims for damages to persons can be con sidered under 36.9-3fi.ll. 42 Stat.
