It is further ordered, That pleadings in opposition to the original petition in the above-entitled matter and applications to stay, terminate or modify the temporary relief herein granted may be filed with the Division within forty-five 45 days from the date of this Order, pursuant to the Rules and Regulations Governing Practice and Procedure before the Bitu minous Coal Division in Proceedings Instituted Pursuant to section 4 IT d of the Bituminous Coal Act of 1937.
It is further ordered, That the relief herein granted shall become final sixty 60 days from the date of this Order, unless it shall otherwise be ordered.

To facilitate the identification of lost Government checks and warrants, banking institu tions which in the ordinary course of business handle such checks and war rants are hereby authorized to make film records thereof, and to project such film records upon a screen. This authoriza tion shall not be construed to permit such film records to be used in any other manner or for any purpose other than to facilitate the identification of lost Gov ernment checks and warrants. Division by the above-named party, re questing the establishment, both tempo rary and permanent, of price classifica tions and minimum prices for the coals, for shipment by truck, of the New Buddy Mine Mine Index No. 152 of code mem ber A. Bud Early in Subdistrict 12 in District No. 16; and It appearing that a reasonable show ing of necessity has been made for the granting of temporary relief in the man ner hereinafter set forth; and No petitions of intervention having been filed with the Division in the aboveentitled matter; and The following action being deemed necessary in order to effectuate the pur poses of the Act;
It is ordered, That, pending final dis position of the above-entitled matter, temporary relief is granted as follows:
Commencing forthwith 336.21 General prices in the Schedule of Effective Min imum Prices for District No. 16 is amended to include for the coals, for shipment by truck, produced at the New Buddy Mine Mine Index No. 152 of code member A. Bud Early located in Weld County, Colorado, in Subdistrict 12 in District No. 16, the following effective minimum prices f. o. b. the mine in cents per net ton:
