By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture by the Perish able Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930
46 Stat. 531, 7 U.S.C. 499, as amended June 29, 1940 c. 686, 54 Stat. 696, Part 46, Chapter I, Title 7, C.FR. is hereby amended as follows:
In 46.3, Terms in regulations defined, insert as paragraph d - 1 1the following:
d-1 Cherries in brine. This term means cherries packed in an aqueous solu tion containing sulphur dioxide or other bleaching agent of sufficient strength to preserve the product, with or without the addition of hardening agents.
