By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture by the United States Warehouse Act, approved August 11, 1916 39 Stat. 490; 7 U.S.C. 268 as amended, I, H. A. Wallace, Secretary of Agriculture, do make, prescribe, publish and give public notice of the following regulations Part 105 of Title 7 of Code of Federal Regulations to be known as the regulations for warehousemen stor ing broomcorn, and to be in force and effect until amended or superseded by regulations hereafter made by the Sec retary of Agriculture under said act.
These regulations shall supersede all regulations issued under said act here tofore for broomcorn warehouses.
