Section 28.3 of Title 6, Code of Federal 4715 Regulations, is amended to read as C o r p ----------------------------follows:

b Nonresident applicants. In addi tion to the appraisal fee, a fee of $7.50
will be charged for each applicant who resides outside of, or has recently re moved to, the Eighth Farm Credit Dis trict. This fee will be required to accom pany the application.
c Reappraisal. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for each reappraisal at the re quest of the applicant, regardless of the amount applied for or the extent of the security. This fee is payable before the reappraisal will be made.
