I, M. L. Wilson, Acting Secretary of Agriculture, under authority conferred by the Plant Quarantine Act of August 20, 1912 37 Stat. 315, as amended by the Act of Congress approved March 4, 1917 39 Stat. 1134, 1165, do hereby remove and revoke the quarantine placed by Notice of Quarantine No. 65 Sec.
JJ01.65 upon the State of New York on account of the Woodgate rust, and do also revoke, the rules and regulations supplemental thereto, as amended, such removal and revocation to take effect on July 31, 1939.
Done at the city of Washington this 17th day of July 1939.
