63.01 Status. Members of the Reg imar Army Reserve will be in an inac tive status except when ordered to ac tive duty upon the declaration of an emergency by the President. 52 Stat, These regulations supplement Chapter VI, Title 10, of the Code of Federal Regulations by adding Part 63 thereto.
