Under authority of paragraph 1606 of the act of Congress approved June 17, 1930 entitled An act to provide revenue, to regulate commerce with foreign coun tries, to encourage the industries of the United States, to protect American labor, and for other purposes, regulation 2, section 2, paragraph 1 of B. A. I. Order 365 embodying the regulations govern ing the recognition of breeds and books of record in countries other than Canada, is amended by adding the following breed and book of record: Sec. 151.6 a Breeds and books of record in countries other than Canada.
