This m atter being at issue and ready fo r the taking of testimony, and pursuant to authority vested in the Federal Trade Commission, under an A ct o f Congress 38 Stat. 717;
15 U. S. C. A., Section 41, It is ordered that John W . Addison, an examiner of this Commission, be and he hereby is designated and appointed to take testimony and receive evidence in this proceeding and to perform all other duties authorized by law;
It is further ordered that the taking o f testimony in this proceeding begin on Thursday, A pril 29, 1937, at ten oclock in the forenoon of that day eastern standard tim e in Room 626, Federal Building, Baltimore, Maryland.
Upon completion o f testimony fo r the Federal Trade Com mission, the examiner is directed to proceed imm ediately to take testimony and evidence on behalf o f the respond ent. The examiner w ill then close the case and make his report.

Whereas Charles P. Vicini, an examiner of this Commis sion, was heretofore appointed to take testimony and receive evidence in this proceeding, pursuant to authority vested in the Federal Trade Commission under an A ct o f Congress 38
Stat. 717; 15 U. S. C. A., Section 41 , and whereas the said Charles P. Vicini, by reason of other duties to perform, w ill be unable to continue therein, It is ordered that M iles J. Furnas, an examiner of this Commission, be and he hereby is designated and appointed to take testimony and receive evidence in this proceeding in the place and stead of the said Charles P. Vicini, beginning on Friday, April 30, 1937, a t ten oclock in the forenoon o f that day central standard tim e at the Office of the Cus todian, Federal Building, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Upon completion of testimony for the Federal Trade Commission, the examiner is directed to proceed imm ediately to take testimony and evidence on behalf of the respondent.
