Contract C arrier, Authorizing Operation as a Common Carrier by Motor Vehicle in the Transportation of Special Commodities, in Interstate Commerce, in the States of Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, and Wyoming, Over Regular Routes as Follows:
Route No. 1.Between Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Riverton, Wyo.
Route No. 2.Between Ogallala, Nebr., and Riverton, Wyo.
Route No. 3.Between Beatrice, Nebr., and Greeley, Colo.
A more detailed statement of route or routes or terri tory is contained in said application, copies of which are on file and may be inspected a t the office of the Interstate Commerce Commission, Washington, D. C., or offices of the boards, commissions, or officials of the States involved in this application.
It appearing, That the above-entitled m atter is one which the Commission is authorized by the Motor Carrier Act, 1935, to refer to an examiner:
It is ordered, That the above-entitled m atter be, and it is hereby, referred to Examiner M. T. Corcoran for hearing on the 5th day of January A. D. 1937, at 10 oclock a. m.
standard time, at the rooms of Wyoming Public Service Commission, Cheyenne, Wyo., and for recommendation of an appropriate order thereon accompanied by the reasons therefor;
It is further ordered, That notice of this proceeding be duly given;
And it is further ordered, That any party desiring to be notified of any change in the time or place of the said hear ing at his own expense if telegraphic notice becomes neces sary shall advise the Bureau of Motor Carriers of the Commission, Washington, D. C., to th at effect by notice which must reach the said Bureau within 10 days from the date of service hereof and th at the date of mailing of this notice shall be considered as the time when said notice is served.
