or security holders, and any other person whose participation in such proceeding m ay be in the public interest or fo r the protection o f investors or consumers. It is requested that any, person desiring to be heard or to be adm itted as a party to such proceeding shall file a notice to that effect w ith the Commission on or before December 9, 1936.
It is further ordered, that Charles S. Lobingier, an officer of the Commission, be, and he hereby is, designated to preside at such hearing, and authorized to adjourn said hearing from tim e to time, to administer oaths and affirmations, subpena witnesses, compel their attendance, take evidence, and require the production o f any books, papers, correspondence, mem oranda, or other records deemed relevant or m aterial to the inquiry, and to perform all other duties in connection there with authorized by law.
Upon the completion of the taking of testimony in this m at ter, the officer conducting said hearing is directed to close the hearing and make his report to the Commission.

The Securities and Exchange Commission, having reason able grounds to believe, and therefore alleging, that the offering sheet described in the title hereof and filed by the respondent named therein is incomplete or inaccurate in the follow ing m aterial respects, to w it:
1. In that the answer to Item 3 b of Division n seems incomplete;
2. In that Item 2 c o f Division n appears incorrect based upon Item 3 o f Division n ;
3. In that Item 7 o f Division n appears incorrect based upon Item s 8 and 9 of Division I I ;
4. In that the thickness o f the horizon should be exact distance drilled, not estimates in Item 8 o f Division tL;
5. In that insufficient data in the nature of subsurface geology is given in Item 9 o f Division n to show this tract is high enough on the structure to be productive;
6. In that names of operators are omitted, on parts o f this tract and that adjoining it in Section 26, from Ex hibit A ;
It is ordered, pursuant to Rule 340 a o f the Commissions General Rules and Regulations under the Securities A ct of 1933, as amended, that the effectiveness of the filin g of said offering sheet be, and hereby is, suspended until the 24th day of December 1936 that an opportunity fo r hearing be given to the said respondent fo r the purpose o f determ ining
