DECRETO del Honorable Congreso del Estado, por el que reforma las fracciones II a VII del artículo 10 y adiciona la fracción VIII al artículo 10 de la Ley para el Acceso de la Mujeres a una Libre de Violencia del Estado de Puebla;
y adiciona un párrafo al artículo 338 Quinquies del Código Penal del Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla.
