ACUERDO del Tesorero del Honorable Ayuntamiento del Municipio de Puebla, por el que otorga un estímulo fiscal consistente en la Condonación del pago del derecho por el servicio de arrastre que realicen las grúas de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana que transiten en el Municipio de Puebla, a que se refiere el considerando XXIV del presente Acuerdo.
