DECLARATORIA del Honorable Congreso del Estado, por la que declara aprobado el DECRETO emitido por esta Legislatura que reforma la fracción III del artículo 22, el artículo 41, la fracción XIII del 57 el 126 y el artículo 129, y deroga los artículos 127 y 128 de la Constitución Política del Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla.
