DECRETO del Honorable Congreso del Estado, por el que determina que el C. Tomás Salgado Corona, Presidente Municipal de San Felipe Teotlalcingo, administración 2008-2011, es administrativamente responsable de las irregularidades en que incurrió, durante el Ejercicio que se le auditó, comprendido del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2009, imponiéndole las sanciones que se especifican en el Resolutivo Segundo del presente Decreto.
