DECRETO del Honorable Congreso del Estado, por el que determina que el C. Alberto Espinoza Guevara, Presidente Municipal de Huejotzingo, Puebla, administración 2008-2011, no es administrativamente responsable por las irregularidades que se le imputaron, concretamente por el Ejercicio auditado comprendido del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2009, aprobándose la Cuenta Pública del Municipio de Huejotzingo, por el periodo mencionado.
