Convoco junta general extraordinaria de la compañía Promocions Turistiques Fluvials, S.A., para que se celebre en el domicilio social, el día 8 de octubre de 2021, en primera y veinticuatro horas después, en segunda convocatoria, a las 18:00 horas, actuando como Presidente el solicitante y como Secretario a quien acuerden nombrar los socios asistentes durante la propia celebración de la Junta.
Orden del día Primero.- Renovación del organo de administración.
Segundo.- Aprobación del acta de la Junta.
