ORDENANZA N 700 /2021
EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE SAN JOSÉ
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE ORDENANZA N 700 /2021
Art. 1.- CREASE en el ámbito de la Municipalidad de San José la Escuela Municipal de Oficios. Art. 2º.- DESÍGNESE a la Escuela de Oficios, creada en el Artículo precedente, con el nombre de Rosario Gatica. Art. 3º.- AUTORÍCESE al Departamento Ejecutivo a suscribir convenios o acuerdos con distintas instituciones educativas de niveles secundarios, terciarios y universitarios con el fin de cumplir las metas educativas propuestas. Art. 4º.- Los gastos que demanden el funcionamiento de dicha escuela serán imputados íntegramente del presupuesto Municipal en las partidas creadas y que a futuro se creen para tal fin. Art. 3º.- COMUNÍQUESE, publíquese en el BOE, dése al Registro Municipal y archívese.DADO EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE SAN

VISTO: La nota remitida por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante autorizando el tratamiento y la aprobación del Proyecto: Creación de la escuela municipal de oficios bajo el nombre de Rosario Gatica.
Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que se hace necesario dictar el instrumento legal para su promulgación e inmediata implementación Por ello.
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE SAN JOSE EN USO DE SUS
LEGITIMAS ATRIBUCIONES
DECRETA:
Art.1.- TENGASE por ordenanza de la Municipalidad de San José, Promulgándola y Registrándola bajo el N 700/2021.
