VISTO: La nota remitida por el Concejo Deliberante autorizando el tratamiento y aprobación del proyecto de ordenanza Programa Productivo Municipal San José Produce Alimentos, Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que se hace necesario dictar el instrumento legal para su promulgación e inmediata implementación;
Por ello.
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE SAN JOSE
EN USO DE SUS LEGITIMAS ATRIBUCIONES
DECRETA:
Art.1.- TENGASE por ordenanza de la Municipalidad de San José, Promulgándola y Registrándola bajo el N627/19 Programa Productivo Municipal San José Produce Alimentos. Art.2.- COMUNIQUESE, Publíquese, dese al registro Municipal, Cumplido y Archívese.Fdo. por Secretario de Gobierno, Sr. José Agerointendente Municiapal Don Hugo W. Gómez.
