CONVOCATORIA
En virtud de que la C. REYNA GONZÁLEZ CASTAÑEDA, solicita ser declarada como beneficiaria de los derechos adquiridos por el trabajador fallecido que en vida llevó el nombre de JUAN CARLOS
CARBAJAL CHIQUILLO, con fundamento por lo dispuesto en los artículos 115 y 503 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo se:--------------------------------------
CONVOCA
A todas las personas que tengan derecho o crean ser beneficiarias del trabajador fallecido que en vida llevó el nombre de JUAN CARLOS CARBAJAL CHIQUILLO, quien prestaba sus servicios TRANSPORTES ESDO, S.A. DE C.V. Y/O QUIEN RESULTE RESPONSABLE O PROPIETARIO DE
LA FUENTE DE TRABAJO ubicado en CAMINO AL CERRILLO NUMERO 1000, COLONIA
FRANCISCO I. MADERO, SAN MATEO ATENCO, MÉXICO, C.P. 52106, para que una vez que sea publicada la presente en un término de TREINTA DÍAS, comparezcan ante esta Junta Especial Número Cinco de la Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje del Valle de Toluca, sito en RAFAEL M.
HIDALGO NUMERO 301, SEGUNDO PISO, ESQUINA CON IGNACIO LÓPEZ RAYÓN, COLONIA
CUAUHTÉMOC, C.P. 50130, TOLUCA ESTADO DE MÉXICO, a deducir sus derechos, comisionando al C. Actuario para que sea fijada la convocatoria, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley Federal del Trabajo.------------------------------------------------------------Se señalaron las QUINCE HORAS CON CUARENTA Y CINCO MINUTOS DEL DÍA TRES DE
